- Unexplained weight loss or weight gain
- Failure to thrive
- Short stature not explained by genetics
- Tiredness
- Extraordinary early or delayed pubertal development
- Abnormal pigmentation
- Undescended testis
A baseline assessment will be done, consisting of a history taken from preferably both parents, a physical examination and special investigations of the child and then referral to a specialist paediatric endocrinologist if indicated.
